We’re now seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team.

About the Role

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) is the front line of GTB’s revenue engine and serves as the company’s first impression for many prospects. You will identify, engage, and qualify potential clients, playing a key role in fueling our sales pipeline. Working closely with Account Executives, you will help introduce GTB’s story to the right people, create meaningful conversations, and set high-quality meetings that drive business growth.

This is a hybrid remote, hourly position with the potential for long-term engagement.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect and identify new potential clients across target industries.
  • Research companies and collaborate with Account Executives to determine fit.
  • Reach out to prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn to spark engagement.
  • Make 40–80 cold calls per day to qualify prospects and secure meetings.
  • Schedule high-quality product demonstrations and discovery calls designed to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Sit in on scheduled meetings with Account Executives to support handoffs.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Re-engage prospects who previously expressed interest but did not move forward.
  • Learn from wins and losses to refine your personal outreach strategies.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong persuasive communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical ability to weigh the costs and benefits of different approaches.
