B2B Business Consultant (Sales / Support / Account Management)

Overview

GTB Technologies engages companies globally on a business-to-business (B2B) basis to support growth and customer operations.

This is not an employment position (U.S. or any other jurisdiction).
All engagements are structured strictly between GTB and a separate business entity.

We are building a network of organizations with capabilities in:

  • Sales/business development
  • Customer support / technical support
  • Account management/client success

Engagement scope will align with the services offered.

Engagement Model

  • Business-to-business (B2B) relationship between GTB and a service provider entity
  • Flexible scope aligned to capabilities and GTB needs
  • Direct interaction with GTB teams and customers
  • Compensation structured at the entity level (e.g., project-based or performance-based)

Scope of Services

Depending on capabilities, services may include:

Sales / Business Development

  • Identifying and developing new business opportunities
  • Managing pipeline and progressing deals
  • Collaborating with GTB leadership on deal strategy

Customer Support / Technical Support

  • Assisting customers with product-related questions and issues
  • Coordinating with internal technical teams
  • Supporting onboarding and ongoing usage

Account Management / Client Success

  • Acting as a point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Supporting renewals, expansions, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining ongoing customer relationships

What This Is Not

  • Not an employment opportunity in any jurisdiction

  • Not a passive or advisory-only consulting role

This is a hands-on services engagement between businesses.

Requirements

  • Ability to deliver services independently
  • Relevant experience in one or more of the areas listed above
  • Strong communication and customer interaction capabilities
  • If selected, engagement will require a business entity prior to contract execution
