Developer – Machine Learning

Location:   USA- West Palm Beach, FL 

We are seeking a skilled Machine Learning Developer to join our dynamic team and help us build the next generation of intelligent systems.

Role Overview:

As a Machine Learning Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models and algorithms to solve real-world problems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, and product managers, to implement advanced ML solutions that drive our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Model Development: Design, develop, and train machine learning models and algorithms to address specific business challenges and enhance product functionality.
• Data Analysis: Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess, clean, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and prepare data for model training.
• Algorithm Optimization: Implement and fine-tune machine learning algorithms for optimal performance, including feature selection, model evaluation, and hyperparameter tuning.
• Integration and Deployment: Develop scalable and efficient solutions for integrating machine learning models into production systems, ensuring robustness and reliability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with engineering teams to translate model requirements into technical specifications and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence, applying new techniques and technologies to improve our solutions.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for ML models, including development processes, model performance, and deployment procedures.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in machine learning development, including hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Skills:
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages.
  • Experience with data manipulation and analysis using libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, or similar tools.
  • Proficiency in developing and deploying machine learning models,  Data Analysis, and Algorithm Development skills, including but not limited to,  experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Familiarity with SQL and database management.
  • Solid understanding of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and their practical applications.
• Soft Skills:
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
