We’re seeking a dynamic Sales Manager who excels at developing talent and driving results. Your primary focus will be to coach, train, and mentor a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), Account Managers (AMs), and Account Executives (AEs), while ensuring consistent achievement of sales goals. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines performance management with strategic execution.

Responsibilities & Key Focuses:

  • Coach and mentor sales team members through regular 1:1s, call reviews, and feedback sessions
  • Design and deliver onboarding and ongoing training programs
  • Set clear goals and hold team members accountable for performance metrics
  • Consistently lead the team to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align messaging and outreach strategies
  • Optimize and scale sales processes, pipelines, and forecasting models
  • Help recruit, hire, and ramp new sales team members
  • Track performance using CRM and analytics tools to drive insights and improvements
  • Additional Duties as Assigned: Accept and perform other tasks as needed to support business objectives.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in sales leadership at a SaaS or tech company
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets while leading a team
  • Strong background in coaching and team development
  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and SaaS metrics
  • Skilled in CRM and sales enablement tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach)
  • Excellent communication, motivational, and organizational skills
  • Exceptional skills including budgeting, financial management, forecasting, pipeline development, reporting, and developing key performance metrics
  • A strong competitive drive, with a high need for achievement and a passion for winning.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey them over the phone.
  • Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry
  • Prior B2B experience is required.
