GTB Technologies® is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and scale our North American sales organization. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving revenue, managing Account Executives, SDRs, and Sales Engineers, and building a disciplined, high-performing sales culture.

This role owns the full revenue lifecycle — from pipeline generation through deal execution, procurement, contracting, and revenue realization/cash collection.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage Account Executives, SDRs, and Sales Engineers
  • Own pipeline development, forecasting accuracy, and revenue execution through to cash collection
  • Drive outbound sales motion and ensure SDR activity converts into a qualified pipeline
  • Support key deals, negotiations, procurement, and contracting cycles
  • Ensure team opportunities progress to realized revenue, not just bookings
  • Establish and enforce sales processes, KPIs, and CRM discipline in Salesforce
  • Partner with marketing on campaigns, events, and pipeline generation
  • Develop territory and account strategies to expand market presence
  • Maintain visibility into pipeline quality, deal progression, and revenue outcomes

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise software
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience managing SDR and AE teams
  • Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles, procurement, and contracting
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Excellent leadership, coaching, communication, and execution skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required

Preferred Experience

  • Data security, DLP, DSPM, or related cybersecurity experience
  • Channel and reseller experience
  • Experience managing complex enterprise opportunities

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus performance-based variable compensation. Variable compensation is tied to revenue received/cash collected, not bookings. OTE starts at $200K+ with meaningful upside for overperformance.
