As a Marketing Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the execution of effective marketing strategies and achieve business objectives.
This role requires a proactive and strategic individual who can independently manage the development, implementation, and optimization of marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance our brand presence. You will have significant decision-making responsibilities and will be instrumental in driving the company’s marketing efforts.

- Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
- Lead the creation and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels, including digital, content, social media, advertising, and email marketing.
- Make strategic decisions on campaign direction, budget allocation, and priorities based on market research and business objectives.
- Coordinate Marketing Collateral:
- Oversee the development, production, and distribution of marketing materials and collateral, ensuring they align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
- Make independent decisions regarding creative direction and messaging.
- Manage Digital Marketing Initiatives:
- Implement and manage digital marketing efforts, including website updates, SEO optimization, and social media platforms.
- Analyze digital performance metrics and make recommendations for improvements to enhance online presence and engagement.
- Content Creation and Management:
- Develop and manage content for marketing channels, including websites, social media, and email newsletters.
- Ensure content is strategically aligned with marketing goals and resonates with target audiences.
- Conduct Market Research:
- Perform market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Use research findings to inform marketing strategies and adjust tactics as needed.
- Plan and Execute Events:
- Organize and manage marketing events and tradeshows, including logistics, booth setup, promotional materials, and attendee management.
- Make key decisions related to event execution and address any issues that arise.
- Track and Report on Performance:
- Monitor the performance of marketing campaigns and activities, tracking key metrics and preparing detailed reports.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on performance data to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Administrative Duties:
- Handle all administrative tasks related to marketing, including maintaining marketing calendars, scheduling activities, and managing correspondence.
- Ensure effective organization and execution of all marketing-related tasks.
- Strategic Planning and Decision-Making:
- Take a leading role in strategic planning for marketing activities, utilizing independent judgment to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive marketing success and meet business objectives.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience (2 years) in a marketing support role, demonstrating a solid understanding of marketing principles and practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as CRM systems, social media management tools, content management systems, and basic knowledge of SEO principles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is desirable.
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to team success.
This position requires a highly motivated, results-oriented individual with a “can do” attitude. Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial drive are essential.
