Channel Manager – LATAM

 Location:    USA – West Palm Beach, FL  – Hybrid remote

GTB Technologies, Inc., a leader in Data Security, is seeking a LATAM Channel Manager to expand our partner ecosystem across Latin America. This role is based out of our Florida office (hybrid remote) and requires regular travel throughout the region.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Key Responsibilities
    • Develop and execute a LATAM channel growth strategy
    • Recruit and onboard new partners in key markets
    • Build and manage a qualified partner-driven pipeline across priority markets.
    • Collaborate with partners on sales and marketing initiatives
    • Drive visibility through events, webinars, and campaigns
    • Select, approve, and evaluate partners, including decisions to terminate or realign partnerships — exercising substantial discretion and independent judgment on matters of significance.
    • Provide regional insights and feedback to leadership
    • Oversee regional sales performance, pipeline forecasting, and quarterly business reviews in coordination with GTB leadership
    • Represent GTB as a regional liaison, attending partner summits and industry events throughout Latin America
    • Perform additional duties as assigned

Decision-Making & Autonomy

This role exercises substantial discretion and independent judgment on matters of significance that affect GTB’s business relationships, revenue, and regional operations, including:

    • Structuring channel programs and approving partner incentives.
    • Determining sales approaches, partner enablement strategies, and negotiation tactics.
    • Identifying new market opportunities and advising senior management on strategic direction.
      The Channel Manager operates with minimal supervision and plays a key role in achieving GTB’s strategic and commercial objectives across the LATAM region.

What We’re Looking For

    • Proven success in channel sales and partner enablement (cybersecurity preferred)
    • Strong experience in contract negotiation
    • Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese (written and spoken)
    • Willingness and ability to travel regularly across LATAM
    • Self-starter with a record of building strong partnerships

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, and professional services.
  • Familiar and comfortable with sales tools (Clari, ZoomInfo, Outreach/Salesloft, HubSpot, Calendly).
