Technical Account Manager – SMB Existing business

Location:  Hybrid:  USA- West Palm Beach, FL /  Remote

We are looking for a highly motivated, results-oriented sales professional for the role of Technical Account Manager – SMB Existing Business.

The Technical Account Manager’s responsibility in this position will be partnering with existing GTB Customers by utilizing internal subject matter experts, to address customers’ most important priorities. We want you to become a real partner to GTB’s existing customers where you’ll be able to identify opportunities for customer account retention and growth through contract expansion, by presenting new products and services.

Responsibilities & Key Focuses:

  • Partnering with your Accounts to develop and implement effective, enterprise-wide cyber security strategies for data protection.
  • Guide customer satisfaction, account retention, and growth by working together with GTB Accounts and internal GTB team members.
  • Own and deliver account forecasting and planning on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis.
  • Optimize the value of each component the accounts are licensing.
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2+ years of sales experience, with an emphasis on selling SaaS and Cloud/On-Prem cybersecurity solutions.
  • Demonstrated success as a current high-performing Sales Representative
  • Ability to effectively build trust-based relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
  • High need for achievement and competition, loves to compete and win.
  • Enthusiastic, optimistic, and certain of victory, Unfazed by rejection
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Easily builds rapport and establishes relationships with accounts.
  • Listens patiently, will probe and clarify to get a real sense of customer’s needs.
  • Coachable, listens to and implements advice from the manager.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey them over the phone.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and enjoys the challenge of tight deadlines and managing a variety of duties.
  • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
  • High need for achievement and competition, loves to compete and win.
  • Familiar with annual subscription management
  • Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry
  • Prior B2B experience is required.
