We are seeking a highly skilled and driven professional to join our dynamic team as a Cybersecurity Account Executive. In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth within our cybersecurity software firm.
As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, leveraging your in-depth understanding of cybersecurity solutions to engage potential clients and articulate how our offerings can meet their needs.
This position requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales, a comprehensive understanding of cybersecurity technologies, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.

Responsibilities & Key Focuses:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients to establish new business relationships, leveraging your expertise in cybersecurity to create tailored pitches. Use your judgment to prioritize leads and allocate resources effectively.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations that highlight how our cybersecurity solutions can address clients’ unique challenges. Customize presentations based on market trends and client needs to drive engagement.
- Consultative Selling: Collaborate with potential clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions, fostering trust-based relationships with senior-level decision-makers. Utilize your expertise to advise clients on best-practices in cybersecurity.
- Negotiation and Closing: Own the sales process from lead to close, effectively negotiating terms and securing agreements while ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure alignment on product offerings and client needs. Provide feedback on market trends and client requirements to guide product development.
- Account Forecasting and Planning: Deliver accurate account forecasts and strategic planning on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis to drive sales performance. Analyze market data to inform strategic decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2+ years of sales experience, particularly in selling SaaS and Cloud/On-Prem cybersecurity solutions.
- Proven success as a high-performing Sales Representative with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Exceptional ability to build trust-based relationships with senior-level decision-makers.
- A strong competitive drive, with a high need for achievement and a passion for winning.
- Enthusiastic, optimistic, and certain of victory, Unfazed by rejection
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Easily builds rapport and establishes relationships with accounts.
- Listens patiently, will probe and clarify to get a real sense of customer’s needs.
- Coachable, listens to and implements advice from the manager.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to convey them over the phone.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and enjoys the challenge of tight deadlines and managing a variety of duties.
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.

- Familiar with annual subscription management
- Knowledge of the cybersecurity industry
- Prior B2B experience is required.
