Cancellation and Refunds: Training

• For cancellations made 30 days or more prior to class start date, amounts paid or invoiced (minus cancellation fees assessed by third party suppliers, non-refundable costs, and other amounts owed) will be refunded or credited.
• For cancellations made 5 days to 29 days prior to class start date, amounts paid or invoiced (minus a cancellation fee of 50% per Training order and minus any cancellation fees assessed by third party suppliers, non-refundable costs, and other amounts owed) will be refunded or credited.
• For cancellations made 4 days or less prior to class start date or for no-shows, the full price of the instruction order is non-refundable nor will it be credited.
• No refunds or credits will be made for early departure or for unused or partially used instruction time, options, components, or features.
