B2B LATAM Solutions Engineering Services

(Pre-Sales / Technical Support)

As part of its broader business operations, GTB Technologies may utilize business-to-business (B2B) engagements with qualified organizations to support technical sales activities, customer engagement, and solutions engineering services.

This is not an employment opportunity (in the U.S. or any other jurisdiction). All engagements are structured strictly between GTB and an independent business entity.

GTB is seeking organizations with capabilities in:

  • Technical pre-sales support
  • Solution demonstrations and customer presentations
  • Proof of Concept (POC) support
  • Customer technical engagement and onboarding assistance
  • Regional support for customer and partner activities within Latin America (LATAM)

Services to be provided will depend on the capabilities of the service provider and the scope of services mutually agreed upon by the parties.

Engagement Model

  • Business-to-business (B2B) relationship between GTB and an independent service provider entity
  • Scope and deliverables defined under an applicable agreement or statement of work
  • Coordination with GTB personnel and customer contacts, as necessary to support agreed service objectives
  • Flexible service scope based on project needs and capabilities
  • Compensation defined in the applicable agreement or statement of work

Scope of Services

Depending on the service provider’s capabilities, services may include:

Technical Sales Support

  • Supporting sales opportunities through technical presentations and demonstrations
  • Assisting with customer requirements gathering and solution discussions
  • Supporting product evaluations and Proof of Concept (POC) activities
  • Providing technical input related to customer opportunities

Customer Technical Engagement

  • Assisting with onboarding and implementation activities
  • Supporting customer technical questions and solution discussions
  • Coordinating with GTB technical resources where appropriate

Regional Support

  • Supporting LATAM customer and partner initiatives
  • Assisting with technical enablement and solution positioning activities
  • Supporting customer engagement and ongoing technical discussions

Preferred Background

Experience with one or more of the following areas is preferred:

  • Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
  • Cybersecurity technologies
  • Endpoint, cloud, SaaS, or network security solutions
  • Technical sales engineering or pre-sales activities
  • Customer-facing technical engagements

Spanish and/or Portuguese language capabilities are highly desirable.

Requirements

  • Ability to support technical discussions, demonstrations, and evaluations
  • Business entity required prior to contract execution

Service providers retain control over how services are delivered, including personnel, methods, and operations.  Service providers are responsible for their own business operations, taxes, compensation, and related obligations.  Any engagement will be subject to a separate written agreement that defines the scope, deliverables, intellectual property, and other applicable terms.
