Appendix A – Artificial Intelligence (AI) Use and Compliance

This Appendix is incorporated by reference into any license, evaluation, or access agreement governing use of the GTB Technologies, Inc.’s (“GTB”) software, and applies to all users regardless of the term or purpose of use. By accessing or using the Software, including during any evaluation or production use, you agree to the terms set forth below. GTB reserves the right to change or modify this Appendix at any time, effective when posted on GTB’s website at https://gttb.com/ai-appendix/. GTB is not obligated to provide notice of any revisions to this Policy.

1. Use of AI Technology

GTB Technologies Inc.’s Software may include, now or in the future, features powered by artificial intelligence (AI). These features may assist in content classification, anomaly detection, behavioral analytics, or other forms of automated analysis. GTB does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated outputs for any decision, including but not limited to regulatory, compliance, or business decisions.

2. As-Is Basis and No Warranties

All AI-related features are provided strictly on an ‘as-is’ basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. GTB Technologies, Inc. expressly disclaims any warranties relating to fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or regulatory compliance of AI outputs.

3. Customer Responsibility

Customers remain solely responsible for all configurations, interpretations, and actions taken in reliance on AI-driven features. This includes compliance with applicable laws, policies, and data protection requirements. GTB Technologies does not assume any obligation to validate or monitor the appropriateness of the Customer and/or End users’ use of AI features.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GTB shall not be liable for anything, including but not limited to damages, regulatory penalties, or third-party claims arising from use or misuse of AI-related features.

5. Updates and Availability

GTB may update this Appendix from time to time at its sole discretion. Such updates shall become effective upon posting to https://gttb.com/ai-appendix. GTB is under no obligation to notify users of such updates. Continued use of the Software or any of GTB’s Services constitutes acceptance of the most current version of this Appendix.
