GTB Technologies is seeking a mid-level Marketing Manager (4–7 years) to lead and execute demand generation initiatives for our data security and cybersecurity solutions. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who thrives at the intersection of strategy, creativity, and analytics — someone who understands SaaS go-to-market execution and how to build a scalable pipeline in the AI-driven cybersecurity space.

This is a hybrid–remote position based in Southern Florida.

What you’ll do

Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and Execute Campaigns:
      Plan, run, and continuously optimize multi-channel campaigns across SEO, paid media, social, events, webinars, and email to drive a qualified pipeline.
    • Own Demand Generation:
      Manage end-to-end demand programs — from planning to execution to measurement — aligning with sales and partner goals. Build integrated campaigns that nurture leads through the funnel and deliver measurable ROI.
    • Leverage AI and Automation:
      Use AI-driven marketing tools and predictive analytics to improve targeting, content personalization, and campaign efficiency. Identify opportunities for automation and scalability within GTB’s marketing stack.
    • Create High-Impact Content:
      Develop and manage compelling content, including case studies, solution briefs, blog posts, customer success stories, and webinar topics, that showcase GTB’s leadership in cybersecurity and AI-driven data protection.
    • Manage Marketing Systems:
      Own and optimize HubSpot, Salesforce, and analytics dashboards to track engagement, pipeline impact, and ROI.
    • Event & Field Marketing:
      Collaborate on trade shows and industry events (e.g., Gartner Symposium, RSA, Black Hat, AI Summit) — including booth messaging, lead capture workflows, and post-event nurture campaigns.
    • Partner Enablement & Channel Marketing:
      Support global partners with co-branded materials, joint webinars, lead-generation campaigns, and partner portal content to accelerate channel growth.
    • Sales & SDR Collaboration:
      Partner closely with SDRs and AEs to build aligned campaigns, enhance lead quality, and ensure messaging consistency across the entire funnel. Provide marketing insights to drive conversion and follow-up strategy.
    • Measure, Analyze, and Report:
      Track KPIs, campaign performance, and conversion metrics. Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and return on marketing investment.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
      Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Executive leadership to ensure that all marketing activities align with GTB’s brand, vision, and strategic priorities.

 

What We’re Looking For

    • 4–7 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience (cybersecurity or enterprise software preferred).
    • Proven success running demand generation and digital campaigns that produce measurable pipeline.
    • Hands-on experience with AI marketing tools and automation workflows.
    • Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce, Clari, SalesLoft, or similar CRM/marketing platforms.
    • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content development abilities.
    • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and present actionable insights.
    • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
    • Comfortable in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in SaaS, cybersecurity, and professional services.
  • Familiar and comfortable with sales tools (Clari, ZoomInfo, Outreach/Salesloft, HubSpot, Calendly).
